Role Overview
Gior Jakarta is hiring a refined Floor Manager to curate seamless contemporary dining journeys, lead front-of-house staff, and ensure flawless guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end guest journey, from arrival to farewell.
- Lead, schedule, and develop the front-of-house team.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar for seamless service flow.
- Handle reservations, VIP care, and guest feedback with grace.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of front-of-house leadership in fine or contemporary dining.
- Refined hospitality instincts and strong problem-solving skills.
- Confident leadership and clear communication.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
