2. Venue & Event Reservations

All reservations made across Festive Fields outlets (including Fyne, Stalk, Gior, Fragrant, and Vorme Studios) are subject to availability, venue capacity regulations, and specific booking policies. Reservations may require deposit confirmation or table minimum spend commitments depending on the event tier and date.

Cancellations or modification requests must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the reserved time to avoid forfeiture of deposits.

3. House Rules & Code of Conduct

Festive Fields maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment, disruptive conduct, or illegal activities across all our destinations. Venue management reserves the right to refuse entry or require any individual to leave the premises to protect guest safety and operational harmony.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All text, photography, graphic branding, logos, trademarks, and media assets displayed on this site are the exclusive property of Festive Fields Entertainment Group or its licensed brand partners. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Festive Fields shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital platforms, third-party ticketing platforms, or event booking channels.
