Head Mixologist

Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Head Mixologist to lead the beverage program at Fyne Jakarta. You will curate signature cocktail menus, train bar artisans, and deliver high-energy late-night hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, test, and execute innovative seasonal cocktail menus aligned with Fyne's high-energy brand identity.
• Lead, mentor, and schedule the bar brigade while maintaining strict inventory and pouring cost controls.
• Engage directly with guests to elevate late-night dining and lounge experiences.
• Maintain flawless bar hygiene, safety standards, and liquor licensing compliance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Senior Mixologist or Head Bartender in top-tier nightlife venues or luxury hotels.
• Deep understanding of modern mixology techniques, spirit curation, and menu costing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
